RAKEEN DEVELOPMENT has participated in conference held at hotel Courtyard Marriott on April 23, 2008. Company’s Marketing Manager Tengiz Bendukidze presented RAKEEN’s international and local projects. Guests, investors and businessmen had chance to get more familiar with future plans and projects of REKEEN DEVELEOPMENT.

This second international conference by the name " The prospects and tendencies of Tbilisi real estate market development” was organized by Tbilisi City Hall. The aim of the second international conference was to back up local economical development, also provide the interested investors with the complete information about the economical market of Georgia, enabling them to plan numerous important future projects. The Vice-Mayor of the city made a speech in the beginning of the conference.
"This day is really a positive one for our city. This conference is dedicated to the development of the real estate market. Its very important that guests from European also from the Asian countries are participating in it, and this proves that Tbilisi is a very interesting city from the view of point of business, and investments, " Mamuka Akhvlediani said
Together with REKEEN DEVELOPMENT companies from Israeli, Germany and Great Britain were participating in the conference.
The key trends of a new plan of the land usage were considered at the conference, and all the issues were linked with the Georgian construction and economic market. The conference lasted for two days.
