Rakeen Development participated in the Real Estate International Fair ExpoReal-2008, held in Munich, October 6-8, 2008. About 17500 companies and 28000 trade visitors from 77 countries were presented.
Rakeen introduced five major projects, which are implementing in Georgia. Ongoing projects are: Uptown Tbilisi and Tbilisi Heights; also future projects: Vardzia Plaza, Gonio Paradise and Batumi White Sales. Trade visitors as well as Investors expressed their interest for Rakeen projects.
Together with Rakeen Development, there were several leading Georgian development companies and Tbilisi Municipality representatives participated in this international trade faire. The main goal of participation in ExpoReal -2008 was introduction of Georgian Development projects to International real estate market.
Rakeen Development plans to participate in such kind of local and international events in future as well.
